Lori Dunham is the CEO and Founder of SiteStart Pros Inc. Her mission is to advocate for Builders, General Contractors, Commercial business owners, real estate investors or flippers, retail tenants, commercial brokers, and many others by helping elevate their projects with acceptance within alignment of municipal building codes for new design-build projects, renovations and additions, as well as commercial build out and retrofit to obtain Certificate of Occupancy for new tenants. If clearing a Code Violation is a concern, the team can help get you back in good standing with the City by resolving the violation with you.

Lori and her team supports the customer from Concept to Concrete, including all aspects of pre-construcution, inspection coordination, and on-jobsite support. From residential new home builds or renovations, or commercial land development or tenant build outs or obtaining a certificate of occupancy to open a new retail, store, restaurant, medical or office location.

We found that in many cases, the hardest part of most projects is getting the paperwork right! The permitting process can be overwhelming and sometimes frustrating. When General Contractors are already pulled in a thousand directions during the day, and then have to process paperwork when getting home after a long day, the whole family suffers and sacrifices quality time. Without support, many small to medium General Contractor operators suffer incredible stress, and sometimes their projects miss deadlines causing a ripple effect for their entire crew and customer expectations. Business owners know how to operate their specific business but rarely understand all the aspects of building out a commercial space or obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy from their city.

It is Lori's desire to advocate for the smaller contractor operations or mid-size company owners so they can live their dreams and leave a legacy to be proud of!

After nearly 3 decades in the telecommunications industry, where she developed a finesse for submitting designs and permits, she finally found her own courage to launch her own business. Along her journey she has shared insights, encouragement and support through her Award-Winning International Radio Show, Dunham Business Radio (available on YouTube), entrepreneur mentorship program (First Step Mentor) and many motivational engagements to young graduates and audiences throughout the country.

Lori is quick to share insights and design ideas for projects, brainstorm and solve problems with a variety of situations and support the customer in seeing their dream life become a reality.
